Although racism isn’t as big of a problem in present day Canada, people are still facing issues about their race on a day to day basis. According to Global News, in Canada, the most targeted groups of racism are 59% of the Muslim/Arab population; First Nations, 28% of the population; 23% of the Black population; 23% of the East Indian population; 11% of the Asian population; 7% of the Jewish population; and 5% of the Hispanic population.
